Robyn Earley
Director of Business Development and Strategy
A Speech-Language Pathologist and healthcare administrator with over
25 years of experience across post-acute and community-based settings.

Her leadership has driven strategic growth and innovative program development for healthcare organizations, with a focus on scalable, sustainable impact.
While treating patients with swallowing and speech disorders, Robyn observed how stress and anxiety often contributed to physical symptoms. This insight led her to integrate breath work into therapy, resulting in improved outcomes and inspiring the launch of Oria Mindful, a company delivering evidence-informed mindfulness and meditation programs for older adults.
She recently earned certificates in Healthcare Strategy (Harvard) and AI in Healthcare (Stanford) and is currently part of the New England Medical Innovation Center Leadership Cohort. Jill Adlin
Clinical Consultant
Jill Adlin is a Clinical Consultant at The Babel Group, specializing in the essential link between clinical expertise and innovative assistive technology. As a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), she brings over 17 years of experience dedicated to Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and assistive technology. A life-long adventure seeker and adrenaline junky, she approaches assistive technology as the most rewarding mission of all: driving powerful transformations with innovation and integrity. She has worked extensively with complex communication needs and has served clients across the life span in a variety of settings. Her work is rooted in a deep understanding of user needs, and she has proven expertise in translating complex clinical insights and user feedback into product improvements. Frustration with high
assistive technology abandonment rates, stemming from a deep understanding of both client and clinician user experiences, fueled her drive to develop and deliver specialized training and implementation supports for clients, clinicians, families, and educational teams. Jill's primary goal is to empower clinicians, educators, and clients. For clients, she knows that when assistive technology is the right fit and optimally implemented, it removes barriers, dramatically increases independence, and fosters a vital connection with their world. For clinicians and educators, being equipped with the right tech tools increases their efficacy, improves client and student outcomes, and contributes to a
better professional work-life balance through increased efficiency. Bringing
transformative success through innovative and ethical assistive technology is the most rewarding rush—a true adventure where she gets to have fun and make a powerful impact!
